A mixture of lifestyle and cookery, The Outback Cafe brings together a vision of Australia as we've never quite seen before; aboriginal communities and their dreamtime stories; remote locations, bush foods and restaurant cuisine.
The show premieres tonight and in the second part of episode one, Mark Olive visits Mike and Gayle Quarmby at Reedy Creek Nursery in South Australia.
